Founding Statement.
Foundations of Legacy is an open scholarly endeavour, one that calls upon scholars to come together in service of knowledge, guidance, and responsibility. Through its three platforms: The Scholars Forum, the Retreat, and the Academic Symposium, it offers spaces shaped by scholars themselves: to connect, to reflect, and to engage in serious, structured deliberation and development.
It is not a project presented to scholars, but one entrusted to them, seeking to cultivate the conditions in which scholarship can be exercised with sincerity, intellectual rigour, and independence. Grounded in the Islamic legal and spiritual tradition, and attentive to the realities of our time, it exists to enable meaningful engagement with the questions that matter most.
This is, ultimately, an invitation: to participate, to contribute, and to carry forward the trust of scholarship. So that through collective effort, clarity may be strengthened, guidance refined, and a legacy of principled and relevant scholarship sustained for generations to come.
